Edwin E. Wilson was born on May 13, 1938 in Tulare, CA to Edwin Emsley (Stray) and Bertha Bell (Scott) Wilson. He passed away on April 6, 2017 at his home in Hinton surrounded by his family at the age of 78. Ed lived and attended school in many different places throughout Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, California and Arizona. He attended high school in Binger, where he played catcher for the baseball team. He married Loretta Marie Exendine in 1955 and to this union was born four children, Eddie, Beth, Beverly, and Traci. Ed worked and lived in multiple areas of Oklahoma until he owned and operated his own trucking business, "Ed Wilson Trucking". His passion was hauling livestock. Ed was a horse lover though and always refused to haul horses to slaughter. Ed married Betsy Miller in 1978 and they made their home in Hinton. Ed loved his dogs, horses, baseball, Nascar, fishing, dominoes, and spending time with his family. He loved his children and traveling with Betsy.
