Viola Marie Constien was born on July 31, 1927 in Okarche, OK to Fred C. and Marie M. (ZumMallen) Peters. She passed away on July 5, 2018 in Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 90. Viola graduated from Okarche High School and was Baptized and confirmed at St. John Lutheran Church in Okarche, OK. Viola loved to play cards, games and dominoes. Viola was a homemaker and mother, and worked at the Cherokee Trading Post for 10 years. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in El Reno, OK.
Survivors Include: her children, Margie Meyer and husband Wayne of Kokomo, IN, Marie Mason of Edmond, OK, and David Constien and wife Vickie of Decatur, AR, her daughter in law, Lorna Pickett and husband Steve of El Reno, OK, 8 grandchildren: Reneé Wynn and husband Brandon of Star City, AR, Robyn Ross and husband Terry of Decatur, AR, David Alexander Constien and wife Sarah of Springdale, AR, Sarah Alig and husband Jeremiah of Okarche, OK, Salem Carter and husband Ryan of Croswell, MI, Tracy Lloyd and husband James III of Yukon, OK, Cheryl Romig and husband Matthew of League City, TX, and Dana Poling and husband Mark of Hobbs, NM, 24 great grandchildren: Abby and Colton Wynn, Tyler Tipton and wife Audrey, David Jeremiah, Benaiah Jackson, Ezekiel Nehemiah, and Charles Asher Constien, Rhiannon, Seamus, Saoirse, and Aine Carter, Jedediah, Victoria, Nitara, Matilda, and Klara Alig, Travis, and Mason Lloyd, Noah, Trinity Clara, Caleb, and Scarlett Romig, Samuel, Abigail, and Anna Poling, her 3 sisters, Caroline Constien of El Reno, OK, Vera Miller of El Reno, OK, and Mabel Newer and husband George of Kingfisher, OK, her brother, Freddie Peters and wife Jeannie of Okarche, OK, as well as many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred C. and Marie M. (ZumMallen) Peters, George Constien, her son, Lloyd Carl Constien, her great granddaughter, Eve Rosemary Romig, and her great grandson, Matthew Alexander Constien.
