Clifford #9 Silago was born on September 21, 1942 in Standing Rock, NM to Guy Silago, Sr. and Angela (Tso) Silago. He passed away on May 21, 2018 in Anadarko, OK at the age of 75. Clifford graduated from Fort Wingate High School near Gallup, NM and Berkley College in Oakland, CA. He married Sharon Klinekole on June 23, 1966 in Oakland, CA. They moved to the Lookeba area and Clifford worked for Caddo Electric from 1966 until retiring in 1999. #9 enjoyed playing softball, bowling, playing horseshoes, watching professional bull riding, collecting ball caps, collecting his grandkids homerun balls, attending his grandkids sporting events, was a Lookeba-Sickles Panther fan, and was an excellent artist. Clifford always enjoyed taking his Sunday drive and parking at Dominoes to people watch and visit. He was a member of the Caddo Cultural Club, and full-blooded Navajo of the Navajo Nation belonging to the Bitter Water Clan. He was the second oldest of 7 other siblings.
Survivors Include: his children: Eydie Silago of Lookeba, OK, and Angela Silago of Lookeba, OK, 6 grandchildren: Johnna Carrillo and husband Jose, Morgan Bullcoming, Maxine Watan, Baylen Bullcoming, Cheyne Bullcoming, and Skye Cabaniss; uncle, Neil Wooster of Lookeba, OK, siblings: Sadie Peshlakai and husband Benny of Standing Rock, NM, Herman Silago and wife Lorena of Crownpoint, NM, Irene Silago of Crownpoint, NM, Agnes Pino and husband Robert of Gallup, NM, Guy Silago, Jr. and wife Ruth of Lubbock, TX, and Maxine Peacock of Albuquerque, NM, sisters in law, Carol Ross and husband Donnie, Marilyn Threlkeld and husband Richard, and Jackie Meeks, Lana Palmer and Companion Toby Robles, Donna Mae Freeland and husband Thomas, Kathy Littlebird, and Billie Ruth Bryant, Two brothers in law, Wally Klinekole and William B Klinekole, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Angela Silago, his wife, Sharon Silago, 2 siblings, Alice Funston and Timothy Silago.
