Obituary

Billy Ray Frazier was born on October 25, 1935 to William Mose and Beckie Vivian (Himes) Frazier. He passed away on February 8, 2018 in OKC, OK at the age of 82. Billy grew up in Anadarko, OK and attended school there graduating from Anadarko High School. He worked for Western Farmers Co Op as a lab technician. He loved working on tractors, gardening, and planting his annual garden. He enjoyed growing corn, tomatoes, okra, watermelons, green beans, and black eyed peas just to name a few. He married Wanda Geraldine Kelly on June 29, 1978 in Wichita, KS. Most of all, Billy loved his family, and loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was a member of the Anadarko First Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Beckie Frazier, his wife Wanda Frazier, sisters, Maxine Stewart, Emma Jean Smith, Gloria Henson, and brother Charles Frazier.

Survivors Include: his children, Terri Parrish of Cypress, TX, and Sherry Lee and husband Robert of Tuttle, OK, 3 grandchildren: Joseph Parrish and wife Jennifer, Brittany Parrish, and Christopher Lee, and three great grandsons, sister, Georgia Lehman, and brother Bobby Frazier, as well as many other relatives and friends.
