Willie Dee Barnes was born on August 3, 1919 in Bowie, TX to Andrew and Martha (Norris) Allen. She passed away on December 21, 2017 in Hydro, OK at the age of 98. She married Ernest W. "Jack" Clarke on August 19, 1937 and they made their home in Bowie, TX, later moved to Amarillo, TX, then to Ft. Worth, TX, and back to Amarillo, TX. Willie Dee worked for Anderson Mattress Company and worked at Levi Strauss until she retired. Jack passed away on May 5, 1975. Willie Dee married Clyde Barnes on February 9, 1977. She enjoyed, baking, sewing, quilting, collecting shoes, antiques, traveling, she loved to visit Branson, and going to listen to Bluegrass music. She moved to Eakly, OK on June 1, 2005 and later in July of 2011, to Hydro nursing home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Martha Allen, her brothers, James Allen, Walter "Mutt" Allen, Gail Allen, Jeff Allen, Burl "Peanut" Allen, Earl Allen, Chuck Allen, Debert Allen, and Eugene Allen, her sisters, Roxie Anne Allen, Lue Viene Allen, Martha Nell Allen, Thelma Linsey, and Murel Jarrett, her step daughter, Margret Smith and husband Cole, her husband, Ernest W. "Jack" Clarke, and her husband, Clyde Barnes, her great great grandson, Trenton Howell.
Survivors Include: her son, Raymond Clarke and wife Etta of Eakly, OK, her granddaughters, Ginger Watson and husband Robert of Oklahoma City, OK, Rhonda Smith and fiancé Todd Harvey of Hydro, OK, and Stormi Davis and husband Roy of Littleton, CO, her grandson, Brandee Smith of Austin, TX, her great grandchildren, Tulsa, Kobe, Ashlee, Sean, Ryan, Megan, Bryant, Peighton, and Kennedi, her 10 great great grandchildren, her brothers, Bill Allen and wife Lahoma of Bowie, TX, and Sam Allen of Wichita Falls, TX, and sister in law, Idell Allen of Amarillo, TX, as well as many other relatives and friends.
